Nerve Organoid A-Chip

Main Features

A-Chip consists of 2 wells connected by a microchannel. iPSC-derived neuronal spheres are seeded into the smaller well and axons grow into the microchannel. After culturing for several weeks, the axons will self-organize into a bundle and extend into the far well. Cell body and axon bundle can be isolated separately for protein analysis, RNA extraction, and other molecular analyses.

Nerve Organoid B-Chip

Main Features

B-Chip consists of 2 wells connected by a microchannel. The 2 wells are separated by a wall, allowing researchers to culture cells in different media in each well. iPSC-derived neuronal spheres are seeded into the smaller well and axons grow into the microchannel. During culture, axons self-organize into a bundle and extend into the far well where they branch out and expand uniformly into growth cones. B-Chips can be used to co-culture target cell types and to induce human synapse formation using our synaptogenic beads. B-chip fits 48 chips into an SBS standard 96-well plate, making it compatible with imaging systems.

P-Chip

Main Features

P-Chip is our product for academic research, although we sell to non-academic researchers, as well. This product consists of 8 PDMS inseparable chips mounted on a glass slide. Each chip consists of 2 wells connected by a microchannel. Neuronal cells of interest can be seeded into the smaller well to induce axonal growth into the microchannel. After culturing for several weeks, the axons will self-organize into a bundle and extend into the far well.
